Welcome to Arcora. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Pixelory Labs ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the MTG Life Counter: Arcora mobile application (the "Application" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pixelory Labs grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited personal license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial tabletop entertainment.
All custom graphics, vector icons, software code, responsive user interface layouts, visual designs, database architectures, and original trademarks associated with Arcora remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pixelory Labs and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Arcora is made available as a Freemium mobile application. The core tabletop score-keeping, counter tracking, and dice/coin utility features are provided free of charge, supported by in-app banner advertisements.

The free version of the Application displays advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks, primarily Google AdMob.
These third-party providers operate under their own independent terms of service and privacy policies. While we strive to maintain a clean, non-intrusive tabletop experience, Pixelory Labs does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or services promoted in any third-party advertisement.
Arcora is built with offline reliability in mind. All active match scoring, commander counters, life adjustments, and local settings function seamlessly without an active internet connection.
However, certain online features—specifically fetching advertisements, querying in-app product availability, and verifying purchases—require network connectivity. Pixelory Labs is not responsible for any connectivity fees, cellular data usage charges, or roaming costs incurred while using network-enabled features.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the physical security of your device and keeping its operating system reasonably up-to-date.
We strongly advise against running Arcora on rooted or jailbroken devices. Removing operating system restrictions compromises platform security, may expose your device to malware, and can cause unpredictable runtime crashes, database corruption, or billing failures within the Application.
Pixelory Labs expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Arcora is an informal utility designed for recreational gameplay. Pixelory Labs accepts no liability for match disputes, tournament outcomes, battery depletion, or misrecorded scores during card game sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pixelory Labs, its developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, device damage, or loss of gaming outcomes) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, enhance, patch, or temporarily or permanently discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice. You agree to download and install application updates when made available to ensure stability, performance, and platform compatibility.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or Pixelory Labs. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use and deleting the Application from all devices.
We may revise these Terms of Use periodically to reflect updates in our app, statutory regulations, or app store guidelines. Any revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting to this page, denoted by the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Application following the publication of revised Terms signifies your binding acceptance.
